In addition to a fully equipped built-in kitchen with all the accessories, such as ceran stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, yes even an electric kettle is available, there are also a lot of extras in living area. In addition to a desk, there is a large flat-screen TV, a stereo system with CD player and a large number of books that can be read in a quiet hour. If that's not enough, you can let the sun shine into your face on your own, spacious balcony.
The sleeping area is divided into 3 separate bedrooms, 2 double and one single rooms each with high-quality beds. Up to 5 separate single beds are available. On request, we can offer you a limited number of extra beds, so that the apartment is also suitable for larger families or as accommodation for a smaller group.
The approx. 100 m² apartment is equipped with everything that makes your stay with us as pleasant as possible, you will certainly like it.
An completely redesigned bathroom with underfloor heating, floor-level shower and separate guest WC are just a part of your holiday apartment as well as a washing machine with integrated dryer.

Our holiday apartment is located in Ofterdingen near Mössingen, in the district Tübingen, embedded in the beautiful Steinlachtal and surrounded by marvellous orchards and the communities of Nehren, Bodelshausen and Dusslingen, or as it is correctly called:"Dußlingen". We are located in a 2 family house in an absolutely quiet location with a wonderful view of Swabian Alb.
The traffic connection is ideal. From here, in addition to the short distances to the metropolitan areas Stuttgart, Reutlingen/ Tübingen and Balingen, wonderful tours through the beauties of swabian landscape are also possible.
In the immediate vicinity you will find Hohenzollern Castle, a fortress from the 19th century. with magnificent rooms and wonderful views,
University City of Tübingen with picturesque Old Town and Neckarbank, an avenue of plane trees, collegiate church, palatine castle Hohentübingen, historical market place and town hall from the 15th century,
